Johnny Turnbull

Having entered the agency world in the mid-1980s, Johnny has spent most of his working life acquiring an unsurpassed and encyclopaedic knowledge of the most elegant and popular parts of prime Central London. He has been a buying agent since 2000, seeing many changes along the way both in the nature of the market place and through economic twists and turns.

Johnny is known for his discretion and behind the scenes approach, which has allowed him not only to collect an enviable roster of clients from all sectors and walks of life, but also a portfolio of some remarkable acquisitions on their behalf. Clients often retain his services over a period of many years, trusting both his advice and discretion during the acquisition of property assets, and often at the point of disposal too.

Samantha Tolmie-Thomson

Samantha caught the property bug over 25 years ago while at Aylesford International in Chelsea. From there she moved to Cluttons, winning awards and repeatedly becoming their most valued negotiator. She then took the decision to become a buying agent which culminated in her joining Johnny at Turnbull Property nearly 15 years ago.  

Sam works closely with Johnny, intrinsic across all aspects of the business and has recently carved a niche for herself with the expanding rental search service that is keeping her very busy, on top of managing her own extensive client list on the buying side.
